Great Hotel Stay!
helpful staff detailed directions plug adapter
The super nice team. They assisted me with directions to the castle. The hotel even provided a plug adapter for my devices. I secured a great room, Superior Double or Twin Room Street View.

central location with minor issues
central location friendly staff welcome drink leaking shower uncomfortable bed noise level
the hotel has a central location. you can walk to many places. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the welcome drink in the bar.
the shower leaked every time. a lot of water came onto the bathroom floor. the bed was not that comfy. i could hear a lot of the other rooms.

decent experience overall
great location friendly staff welcome drink broken door mould grouting cracked tiles
the location is excellent. it is close to many places. the staff was friendly. breakfast was alright. i appreciated the welcome drink and early check-in (it helped a lot).
i found some issues with maintenance. the curtains were hanging off the rail. the balcony door was broken. i noticed mould in the bathroom grouting. i also saw cracked tiles on the floor.

central location convenient travel short walk
the hotel's central location near rossio square allowed easy access to shops and restaurants. Public transport options were close by, allowing convenient travel. I appreciated the short walk to many main attractions.
The breakfast service lacked attentiveness. It took some time to get assistance from the staff.

great location blackout drapes hot shower welcome gift
The location was great. I also found blackout drapes very useful. They made the room dark.
The shower was not hot all the time! I also noticed they entered my room to put a welcome gift during my absence. I did not like it.

prime location and friendly staff
helpful staff welcome drink
the staff were very helpful and friendly. they provided tips that allowed us to explore the city. we were given a welcome drink at the bar (nice touch!).
the hotel booked a taxi to the airport. the taxi was to be a random taxi from the street. i lost a bag and the hotel could not provide information on the taxi service used.
